I bought Searcher pro and Image search this two software . Recently I found the software will quit the program when I use google search. I have try to reinstall them but the problem still there. Please help me to solve the problem! Both software are very important to me. Thanks!

After app opened and passcode. Cannot unlock photo password. It gives you no numbers to be able to enter. So I can't access photos. I can videos, but not Photos as that is password protected and can't get in. Pls help / update.
I downloaded the and paid for the image searcher pro app and it is not working as advertised. I now see multiple people are having this issue and have been for a time now and you all are doing nothing to fix this... please fix or refund my account asap. It is unacceptable to pay for something and it be able to use it!

Has anyone heard back from firebird creations? Like everyone else, I have lost YEARS of photos that were on this app. How can I get them back? Firebird, PLEASE update to the ios11. I would not have just updated my phone if I had any idea I’d lose these. Please.
